MARTIN JOL 10/1 TO WIN SILVERWARE

08th June 2011

New Fulham boss Martin Jol is 10/1 with Sky Bet to win a trophy during his first season in charge.

The 55-year-old former Tottenham boss has agreed an initial two-year contract at Craven Cottage with the option of a further 12 months.

Fulham, who will battle for Premier League, FA Cup, Carling Cup and Europa League glory in the 2011/12 campaign, have moved for Jol to replace Mark Hughes, who resigned last week.

Sky Bet make it 20/1 for the Cottagers to finish in the top six and offer a 66/1 quote for the Londoners to secure a spot in the top four.

It's 25/1 for Jol to be named the 2011/12 Premier League Manager of the Season.

You can get 8/11 with bet365 for Jol to stay at Fulham for the duration of his initial two-year deal and its evens for him to depart early.

Sky Bet's Tim Clement said: "Jol's ambitions are likely to be highly dependent on the budget he is handed but he has proven himself in the Premier League during his spell at Tottenham, where he came so close to delivering Champions League football before being so unceremoniously removed.

"We're putting out some pretty long odds for him to lead them to a top-six finish with competition so tough as both Tottenham and Liverpool both battle for a return to the top four, but a trophy such as the Carling Cup or the Europa League is certainly not beyond the Cottagers under a well-travelled and well-respected boss."
